Photon Heating - Overview

Photon Heating - the next generation of Infrared Heating
Unlike conventional heating systems which warm up ambient air, photon heating is mainly based on the heating of radiated surrounding surfaces (e.g. furniture, walls and ceilings) and their heat absorption. Electronically produced radiation heat is directly emitted through design-oriented aligned surfaces using non-metallic conductors. The heat remittance of the warmed surfaces leads to additional passive room heating, resulting in useful heat conversion of almost 100%. This results in an almost optimized health-promoting heating environment for the human body.
On-wall heater (glass print)
Up to 70% less power consumption compared to other direct heatings
CE compliant and certified by German TÜV (basis element)
Longevity without functional losses
99% useful heat conversion
Technical, economical and ecological benefits
Almost 100% useful heat conversion compared to
  • 60%-80% of oil and gas heating systems
  • 86% of known infrared heaters
Space saving, simple and individually applicable
Fast achievement of warming-up phase and high frost resistance
High safety, moreover low-maintenance and electrosmog-free
CE compliant and certified by German TÜV (basis element)
Quick achievement of desired temperature
Significant useful energy savings (in kW) compared to
  • gas and oil heating by up to 75%
  • electric operating systems up to 70%
  • infrared heaters by up to 30%
Compliant with the stricter but currently loosened German Energy Saving Regulation (EnEV-2009 (§10a)) for electrically driven heaters
Longevity without functional losses
Shatter-proof and design-oriented surfaces perfectly matched to use of materials
Already verified due to various use
Health promoting due to therapeutic side effects of thermal radiation (reliefs muscle tensions and joint problems)
Perfect room climate due to
  • constantly balanced optimized humidity level
  • almost equally distributed room temperature (no relevant difference in temperature between floor and ceiling)
  • low dust turbulences (suitable for allergy sufferers)
  • significantly reduced risk of mold formation of thermal bridges
